Earn Points

Earn points for every transactions.

For every KD10.000 transactions, you will get 5 points. If the order amount is less than KD10.000 you will not get any points.
You can find all points information (earned and used) under the My Points page.

Example: If the order amount is KD25.000 then you will get 10 Points.
Note: If you using the Voucher or Promo code then points will not be added to this order.

Redeem Points

Once the points reached 100, then you can redeem it (create voucher) from the My Points page.
For every 100 points, you will get KD1.000 or the Equivalent amount as a voucher. You can find your voucher codes under the My Vouchers page.

Note: You can use only one voucher for a sinlge transaction. Voucher validity: 12 months.

You can also upgrade your profile category using your earned points.
SILVER to GOLD => 500 points
GOLD to PLATINUM => 1000 points
